Draw the room. Sell every seat.

EventFuz gives you a venue studio, a show page and a box office in one place. Buyers pick their own seats on a live map, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

$299 a year, 5% of each sale, and a 5% deposit per event that comes back with your payout.

From the first seat to the payout

Build the room

  • Draw any room in Venue Studio: rows and balconies, round tables, booths, sofas, a stage and a dance floor.
  • Or start from a room in the template library and make it your own.
  • Describe the room, or upload its floor plan, and the AI assistant lays out the seats.
  • Price categories in their own colours, and prices you can change for a single date.

Sell the show

  • A page for every show: poster, description, promo video, all its dates and directions.
  • Buyers pick their own seats on a live map, in 2D or 3D.
  • Tables sell whole, by guest count, so groups sit together. Theatres sell seat by seat.
  • Partners can sell your show with their own links, for a commission you set.

The night, and after

  • Tickets arrive by email as PDFs with a QR code, and buyers can look them up any time.
  • Your door staff scan tickets with a phone. Each ticket gets in once.
  • Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account and is paid out the day after the show.
  • If a show is cancelled, every buyer is refunded through the platform.

The host agreement, in short
  1. Yearly plan. The host account is paid yearly, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page. It covers the portal, the Venue Studio, ticket sales and support; it is not refunded when the host stops using the platform.
  2. Deposit per event. Before an event goes on sale the host pays a deposit of 5% of the full house (every seat at its price). It is returned with the payout after the event has taken place. If the event is cancelled the deposit is kept and covers the card fees of the ticket refunds.
  3. Venue confirmation. Each event goes on sale only once the venue has confirmed the booking in writing and the platform has checked it — unless the host owns the venue.
  4. Ticket sales and payouts. Buyers pay through the platform; the platform fee shown on the pricing page is taken per ticket. The host receives its share after the event has taken place, by payout to the connected bank account.
  5. Cancellations. If the host cancels an event, every buyer is refunded through the platform. The host is responsible for the refund amounts beyond the money held for the event.
  6. Content and conduct. The host is responsible for the event, its content, the venue’s permits and the law that applies; the platform may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Questions hosts ask

Do I need my own venue?

No. Many hosts rent a hall or a theatre. Before a show goes on sale, the venue confirms your booking in writing and we check it, unless the venue is yours.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. You connect one from your host portal; Stripe asks for your business and bank details and keeps them. Ticket money goes into it.

When do I get paid?

The day after each show, together with that show’s deposit.

What if a show is cancelled?

Every buyer is refunded through the platform. The deposit is kept: it covers the card fees of the refunds.

How many shows can I run?

You tell us how many events you run a year when you apply, and your account is set up for that. Need more later? Ask us.

Can I change prices once a show is on sale?

Yes. If you raise them, the deposit tops up by 5% of the difference.

Put your next show on sale

Applying takes a few minutes and costs nothing. You pay the plan only once you are approved.
